Toy Car Race Scheduler

 Morning Session:

9:00 AM - 9:30 AM: Welcome and Registration Participants arrive at the Grand Toy-area Park. Each participant receives a race number and a special medal.
9:30 AM - 10:00 AM: Toy Car Inspection and Warm-up Participants gather at the Toy Car Inspection Area. Race organizers check the cars for safety and make any necessary adjustments. Participants have time to test their cars on a practice track.
10:00 AM - 10:30 AM: Opening Ceremony and Race Briefing All participants assemble at the Grand Toy-area Pavilion. Race organizers welcome everyone and explain the race rules. The race track is introduced with a map and safety instructions.
Race Session: 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM: Toy Car Race Heats Participants are divided into groups based on their age or car type. Each group takes turns racing on the track, ensuring everyone gets a fair chance.
Lunch Break: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch and Rest Participants gather at the Grand Toy-area Pavilion for a delicious lunch. They have time to rest, eat, and socialize with their friends.
Afternoon Session: 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM: Semi-Finals and Finals The top racers from each group advance to the semi-finals. The winners from the semi-finals compete in the thrilling final race.
Post-Race Celebrations: 2:00 PM - 2:30 PM: Medal Ceremony All participants gather at the Winners' Circle for a special ceremony. Medals are awarded to the winners and certificates of participation are given to all.
2:30 PM - 3:00 PM: Celebration Party Participants head to the Grand Toy-area Pavilion for a fun-filled party. Games, snacks, and treats await, along with a special surprise for everyone.
Closing Session: 3:00 PM - 3:30 PM: Thank You and Farewell Race organizers express gratitude to participants, parents, and volunteers. Participants receive a small souvenir as a token of appreciation.
