Morning:
Wake up and stretch your arms. Lift your legs up. Breathe in and turn to the side, then get up!
Say good morning to the world!
Get ready for school.
After coming back, take a little rest. Enjoy your meal and make sure to chew your food properly.
Afternoon:
Riya takes short naps.
Evening:
Go out and play with your friends. Skip rope and count your jumps.
Take turns counting. The one who counts the most jumps is the winner.
Come back home. Talk with your family and watch some TV.
Night:
Take a nice bath with a few drops of special oil in the water. Get ready for bed. Have a light dinner.
Say a small prayer. Fold your hands, raise them up, lower them, and rub them together.
Jump ten times before getting into bed. Get into bed, take a deep breath in, and then breathe out.
Pretend to ride a bicycle in bed about 5 to 10 times, just in case you forget to jump.
Then have a good night's sleep!
